您好，抱歉這次購買與訂閱流程令您產生誤解與困擾。 如您希望申請退款，請直接透過 Apple 的「回報問題 / 申請退款」流程處理。App Store 的購買、收款與退款審批均由 Apple 統一負責，開發者無法直接替用戶退款或審批退款申請；只要符合 Apple 的退款條件，Apple 會按其政策處理。 我們也已留意到訂閱頁面可能出現空白、無法正常訂閱的問題，這確實會造成混淆，我們會在後續版本修正。 另外，「十三行八字 2008 for iPhone」是 2008 年推出的第一代舊版本，目前仍保留在 App Store，主要是為了讓已購買的舊用戶可以繼續下載、更新和使用。現在這個「十三行八字 - 智能分析『刑沖會合』」才是我們持續更新的新版本。 對於這次造成的誤會，我們再次致歉，也會改善新舊版本說明與訂閱入口，避免其他用戶遇到同樣情況。
