Нет возможности связи с УК через приложение, нет возможности составить заявку, следить за сроками и исполнителями, а так же оспорить закрытую заявку.
Раздел видео не работает.
В начале регистрируют меня как собственника конкретной квартиры, но раздел новостей завален новостями по всем домам, которые мне абсолютно не интересны.
Все счета которые у меня оплачены, в приложении просят их оплатить.
Телефоны всех служб у меня есть, новости по моему дому все висят на доске почета, короче не понятно зачем это приложение.
