樹森創立於民國78年，主要銷售美國、加拿大、紐西蘭、澳洲、台灣及中南美洲等地區之冷凍、冷藏肉品；並致力於創造肉品的生命力及價值，期許一般大眾都能以平實的價格吃到最優質的動物蛋白質。
目前全省現有員工約500名，專業冷凍、冷藏配送車輛近百台；從進口、加工到直銷餐飲、超市量販，提供一條鞭服務並深耕台灣消費者Ｂto C之網購及實體互動服務，是目前在台灣經營冷凍、冷藏肉品中，擁有許多服務據點的進口商。
