购物车无法正常加载
App界面变了，我以为会更好用。结果是购物车根本加载不出来，1秒显示加入购物车的商品后就变成一直是空白页。此外，番茄的货源越来越局限了！以前常卖的商品全都不在补货。袁鲜全线产品没了，火锅底料种类少得可怜。双汇也没了。感觉这样下去，很快就会面临老客户大幅流失。
没按照约定时间发货 跟客服讲也不回复
真的很无语 高中的时候就开始用 现在上大学了还在用 原来就是冲着发货准时来的 结果现在发货不准时 已经推迟一天了 问客服什么情况 客服就是完全已读不回的状态 太搞笑了I'm really speechless. I started using it when I was in high school and I'm still using it now when I'm in university. I originally use this application for the on-time delivery, but now the delivery is not on time. It's been delayed for a day. I asked the customer service what's going on, but the customer service just read it but didn't reply. It's so funny.

Never add funds
Please never add funds into the account, as you will not be able to completely deplete your funds. I have $47 credits in my account, I need to purchase exactly $47 after taxes, tips and fees to be able to use up these credits. If I spend $50, I am not allowed to first use these credits then use other forms to pay the remaining balance.

非常失望
从12月到1月份试着下单了几次。 不得不说品质不稳定， 特别是购买的水果， 一次是柚子一个甜一个干了。 另外客服也很难联系上， 链接到微信上也很难沟通。 最让我震惊的是， 买了几个泡面， 一个1月份买的2月28号就过期， 一个1月中旬买的，月底就过期了。这是实在太离谱了！
充值后余额用不了
之前充了一些钱，剩了十几块钱。再次购物结算的时候竟然用不了余额，因为一共$170多，直接显示余额不足，用不了。只有继续往里面充值才能继续用里面的钱。而且不能把里面的钱退回去。网购了这么久，这样的情况还真是第一次见。你们这样，谁还敢充值购物了。赶紧改！！！
