The software is useless. The ticket retrieval function has been unusable since it was released, and there has been no improvement over the years.

I have this installed and the app is just endless loading. Can’t show, can’t tab, not refreshing, not even be able to show what’s the number that they were calling.
Totally trash. Not sure why it got over 4 in rating. Also, it is utterly not user friendly at all….

App feedback
Due to many people not showing up or arriving late, the app queue is not available, which is understandable. However, booking a slot in advance is convenient. You can get one two weeks or even a month in advance. Another useful feature is checking for the ticket number and the number of groups. You can walk around the shopping mall and return to the store before your number is called. If there is more than 150 groups, you will likely to wait for almost 2 hours from experience

Useless app
The only function that can use is to see how many tables you have to wait use app the other I cannot use cannot book the table cannot get the online ticket always tell me not available what the fxxx they made this app
功能不人性
一定要始终打开定位才能用，但是页面没有任何提示，要去社交平台搜索才知道。一定要香港手机号才能收验证码，但是在注册的时候也没有任何提示。
Never connect successfully
Whenever i need a ticket, the app just fail to connect to the server. Not even once. Whats the point of having this app then?
Poor app
Reservation can not be done as the app keeps popping up server unable to connect message. Please fix the problem asap
Can’t reset password
I keep trying resetting password, the email said a temp password was issued but I never see it and have no idea where to see it. It’s a stupid issue.
Unusable with no customer support
This app is completely unusable, not only you can’t get tickets online, it doesn’t allow you to book a time slot in advance, it also constantly monitors your data, customer support is nowhere to be found, basically just another useless restaurant apps
