功能说明：
用药情况：奥司他韦早晚用药情况、痰清热胶囊早中晚用药情况及服用其他药物情况填写
体温情况:上午9点下午4点两个时间段的体温记录
流感症状评分：可根据自身症状进行无症状、轻度、中度及重度的选择
智能统计得分：根据填写情况实时进行打分
