Does not work with my 2020 camera!

So my iPhone tried to save space and deleted the care home version 3.1025.8 and I thought I could download that again from the apple store but it’s not there. Instead there is this current version which I tried every method possible and will NOT connect! So mad!! Please fix so that it is compatible again with my camera. Or let me know if another app is compatible. The brand is Nettoly Cloud IP camera Model CIPC-GC13H off of Amazon. I really like this camera and would rather not have to toss it out and get a different brand.
