用户注册“黑兔白兔闲置”后，录入物品信息后把闲置物品快递给黑兔白兔，黑兔白兔收到闲置物品后会给用户提供鉴定消毒等服务。用户可以自行定价出售自己的闲置品，出售后，黑兔白兔会给用户打款。用户同样可在黑兔白兔自由挑选购买闲置品。
