Всегда пользовался этим такси- все было хорошо. Раз заказал через приложение такси— у меня один адрес в приложении, мне операторша звонит и говорит, что где мы негодяи и почему не выходим. Объясняю, мы вызывали и стоим ждём около Дома, на что пошло грубое высказывания. После разговора оператор сам поменял конечную точку прибытия, это было видно в приложении. При звонке дать номер службы поддержки— оператор отказал дать номер.

Абсолютно бестолковое приложение

Вызвали такси, вызов был принят, но машина судя по приложению ехала по кладбищу, лесу, но на место назначения так и не доехала!
