Не списываются баллы.

Написано, что исправили ошибки. Баллы перестали списываться. Точнее накопления видим. А при заказе, при оформлении в корзине пропала кнопка списать баллы. Операторы ничем помочь не могут. Писали на почту , ответа нет.
