Bad experience.
I used to have the app on my old mobile & it worked fine. Now after getting a new mobile the app doesn’t allow me to register though I enter the right mobile & ID #s. So please arrange taking of the bugs that preventing me to enter the app.

There is no authorized app installed !!!
Now the situation changed we need to authorize this app to exposure notification turning on so the functionality work

I am not egyptian and living in Egypt, cannot register to the app.

The app doesn’t work with me and my whole family, when we try to sign in and get our number and ID, its says error.
Horrible
Best you could do with that app is find numbers you need to report cases, otherwise it’s a waste of storage.
Not even available in English? That’s a major drawback for sure.
And doesn’t it have an integrated map to track cases all over the country? You have time to improve this thing and i hope y’all do.

التطبيق مش شغال
اخباري وتثقيفي اكتر منه تفاعلي قايمة المستشفيات مش موجود فيها اي مستشفي والخريطة بتوضح مكان المستخدم فقط وتحدث معنا بتحولك علي واتس وزارة الصحي الرد الآلي للتثقيف بالاعداد وكيفية التعامل والابلاغ لايعمل اطلاقا مش عارف العيوب دي في ال ios فقط ولا متعالجة في الاندرويد

التطبيق كفكرة ممتاز لنه فقير جدا،
اولا اغلب الصفحات ثابتة غير قابلة للحركة و بالتالي عدم مقدرة ادخال البيانات في البلاغ و المتابعة
ثانيا لابد ان يشمل التطبيق جميع الخدمات المقدمة من وزارة الصحة
ثالثا التصميم بسيط و بدائي و يحتاج لمراجعة كلية
رابعا لم اجد خدمة المستشفيات الاقرب و بؤر الاصابات و لا اي لمحة عن الخرائط
اخيرا الفكرة كويسة لكن التفيذ و الاخراج سيئ و بدائي و فقير جدا جدا
برجاء القاء نظرة علي التطبيقات المماثلة لبعض الدول العربية كمثال السعودية
