Жаль нельзя поставить ноль звёзд или минус пять

Два заказа и оба с косяками. Первый раз оператор отменил заказ без уведомления. В наличии не было одной позиции, оператор пытался заменить подобным по цене. На моё предложение, можно ли просто отменить эту позицию отменил заказ. Представьте, ждёшь полтора часа, уже опаздывают, звонишь узнать когда привезут, а вам говорят, ваш заказ отменён. Во второй раз, был предзаказ. Сделан в 15:45 на доставку в 20:00, но и здесь отличились. Опоздание составило БОЛЬШЕ ЧЕМ НА ЧАС!!! За 4 часа не смогли подготовиться! Полный шлак. В топку. Обходите их стороной.
