Не работает на телефоне

В течение двух месяцев не прогружает на телефоне список детей на доп занятия, соответственно, отметить отзанимавшихся детей также не могу. Писала в поддержку, предлагают заходить с вай фая или с компьютера. С вай фая захожу регулярно, как и с мобильного интернета, итог один - не работает. Рабочего компьютера у меня нет.
