1.随访表单填写提交：顾问在啵咿呀顾问端上进行随访表格填写提交；
2.报告解读：居民授权给健康顾问阅读自己健康报告的权限，健康顾问对报告进行解读，并通过啵咿呀顾问端回复告知居民解读意见。
