Can’t move piles

I have contacted you twice by email letting you know that sometimes you cannot move piles. I keep playing your game, hoping that you have fixed it, but it remains the same and I never get an answer to my emails. very aggravating to play a game that is almost impossible to win because it doesn’t work correctly
