Почтоматный баг

Не открывает почтомат, хотя включены и Bluetooth и определение местоположения . Уже второй раз приходится делать переадресацию после звонка и ждать 3 дня, хотя отделение рядом. Просьба улучшить этот момент.

Невозможно даже написать в службу па поддержки - эта функция тоже кривая, как и все приложение. Видимо его никто не тестировал.

Я не понимаю, почему украинская сторона это не контролирует. Приложение может не работать днями. И просто писать «пошло что-то не так».

Не соответствует солидности компании

Приложение древнее и отображает данные посылки некорректно. Отправил посылку и в точке Б её получили. А у меня отображается «Не доставлено». Наладьте хотя бы с элементарной информацией!
