Приложение не работает

На протяжение месяца не открывается приложение Мобильная команда, выдает при загрузке ошибку, пробовала переустановить приложение, с wi-fi, впн и без него - ничего не помогает
Подскажите, что можно с этим сделать, так как приложение очень нужно для работы.

Проблема не массовая, так как никто из сотрудников не жаловался на работу приложения.

Айфон обновлен до последней версии
