About

“GREEN$ Mobile App” is a mobile app developed by the Environmental Protection Department (EPD) of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Its primary function is to facilitate the public to participate the GREEN$ Electronic Participation Incentive Scheme (ePIS) using smartphone. Members of the GREEN$ ePIS will earn GREEN$ for redemption of gift items when submitting recyclables at Recycling Stations, Recycling Stores and Recycling Spots for clean recycling.

Unable to choose language after installing app

Bought new phone Samsung Galaxy S25 and try install the app. When try to select the language, i am unable to do so. Since the phone’s navigation button at the bottom and also the language selection of the app also at the same place, cannot select language.
