Horrible
Just tried this for the first time. They are hardly cheaper than Dexcom’s but SO. MUCH. WORSE! We literally have to press a button on the top of the little Bluetooth device once it’s in the arm, driving the needle down painfully, as part of the pairing process. We had to do it twice! The button is ridiculously firm to push. It’s excruciating. A bunch of blood started dripping out of the top of the sensor because of this! PLUS, after this, you need to put in an actual pairing code on top of the usual QR code scan. Avoid, avoid, avoid! I cannot believe I bought two of these T.T

Alarms and disconnection problems
Alarms every five minutes are not helpful when it takes 30-60 minutes to turn a bad trend around, so you have to silence or change them, to unsuitable values after.
The device frequently disconnects. I don’t know why. But the problem is that the app gives only one alert, and then is silent forever. Miss that alert, and you have no idea that your not being monitored. Open the app and it tells you the last measurement, without highlighting that it was hours ago.

Excellent
I first used Dexcom and then switched to the caresens units. The sensors are great and the app is good too. It is stable, useful and easy to use. The Apple wacth integration works well also.
Yo get what you pay for I guess
Not working and site painful still 2 hours after application Fault seems to be switch which is hard to depress on fatty part of arm . Had no pain with other CGM whatsoever . Really get something else
App wishes
My first Caresense air is awesome. It is accurate, convenient.
My wishes for the App: I wish the alerts could be turned off for a limited time, such as thirty minutes. It’s very annoying to have it alert every five minutes, and turning the alerts off indefinitely is not wanted either.
