本应用是香港科技大学基于区块链技术实现的中药溯源信息采集App。消费者扫描产品溯源二维码，便可通过区块链技术的溯源系统了解产品整个生产流程各个环节的真实资料。溯源中心模组是对企业产品生产流程各个环节的资料录入，录入资料资讯保存到区块链上，一旦录入，不可篡改。通过溯源码能够查询到商品的整个生命周期。商品整个生产流程产生的资料都通过区块链进行保存，通过区块链技术来保证资料的真实可信。
