그러니까 처음보는 경우에는 충전할 수가 없음

만들고 지들은 테스트도 안해본거같은 어플 결제카드 등록해놨는데 결제수단 안되어있다고 하질 않나 충전전용 실물카드 없다고만 뜨질않나 개쓰레기 같은 어플 덕분에 충전기 앞에서 욕만 하다 갑니다 ^^
