الموقع جداً سيئ كل مااحط شي بالسله يقول مخلص واذا عدلت على الطلبات مايقبل توصيل الا فوق ١٠٠ ريال للعلم سعر طلباتي كان فوق الـ ١٠٠ اتمنى تطوير التطبيق !!
Probably one of the worst delivery apps
Not only the app is clunky and no customer service is available (it’s in the app! but obviously there is no answer in all options given), the delivery was slow and had to be rescheduled multiple times because the driver had not time for all deliveries that day, according to them. Not a reliable app or service, I will take my business elsewhere, as I’m looking for convenience when choosing such a service, and this is anything but convenient.

Nice app but without Customer Service
I deleted my account after using the app for almost a year .. the app has good variety of products but once you have an issue with delivery there is no one you can talk to .. the drivers keeps changing delivery time as they wish .. hopefully they work more on this issue and solve it
