Nagasaki food is delicious. It's been a long time since I left, but every time I go back home, I buy a lot of food as souvenirs and for myself. If I had to choose five recommended souvenirs... Goto udon, kanboko (kamaboko), castella, kankoromochi, and otakusa (product name). I can't narrow it down to five... This is a mini encyclopedia that I put together in a fun way, with the feeling of an adult's independent research project. Some of the local products are also included.
