אני משתמש רשום והאפליקציה פתאום לא עובדת לי
אפליקציה מעולה.
קלה לשימוש, ניתן לבצע הרבה פעולות.

מרוצה מאוד רק דבר אחד מפריעה לי זה עמלות שהבנק לוקח על העברות של מט״ח מחו״ל לחשבון ובנוסף גם עמלות על המרה של מט״ח לחשבון למה צריך גם וגם תודה !

בתור אדם שעבר את גיל הנעורים כבר מזמן, בלונים ודובים כבר לא עושים לי את זה. היות ודיברתי על גיל, רצוי ליישם Dark Mode באפליקציה העניים יותר רגישים לאור. חוץ מזה הכל טוב! דוד

Latest update has a bug in sending SMS codes
To be able to transfer money, I need to receive a code by SMS to enter into the app. The prior version gave the option of using my USA or my Israel mobile phone, but the new version, while it says it is sending the code to my USA phone (I’m mostly in the USA) isn’t doing so. While I know enough Hebrew to do a few tasks through the app, it really should make available full functionality in English.

Useful and fairly easy to navigate
While English might be nice, even their website lacks useful English options. I’ve been able to just about all my banking using the app well done. However, I’m finally leaving Bank Leumi for a better deal

כל שנייה קופץ באנר, תפסיקו להציף בבאנרים לזכאות להלוואה, בהסוואה לדאגה ללקוח!!!
אם אתם כ״כ דואגים ללקוח תגדילו את הריביות (לפי ריבית בנק ישראל) ועל הפיקדונות, תלמדו את האזרח הממוצע התנהלות פיננסית במקום לדחוף הלוואות ולהכניס לקוחות לאוברדראפט שהנהנים היחידים ממנו זה אתם.
אז במינימום אל תציגו פרסומות על זכאות להלוואה. מי שרוצה באמת הלוואה יודע מאיפה לוקחים, לט צריך את התזכורות שלכם.

Not good
Really a frustrating experience. Very upsetting to try to do anything on here.
It’s okeyish but english badly needed
It copes well with basic functions, but please add the following:
- notes field for interbank payments (both international and domestic)
- English version badly needed
- functionality to deposit money transfer via Western Union, Zolotaya Korona, Contact, MoneyGram, UniStream directly into bank account
- please add support of russian Fast Payments System - it will help many new repatriates to move money
- please add accounts in RUB
- also please add separate rab with Investments and recommendations to built pension savings
- please add crypto support (Pepper already has it) with an ability to transfer crypto (BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC). Would be great to have an opportunity to link legal exchanges accounts like Coinbase & Kraken.
- please add “Chat with the bank” in english & Russian

Good app, but missing basic features
The new app is good, but it’s missing a very very basic feature of “unread mail” notification or symbol on the home screen. If someone, for example, has a foreclosure letter sitting around unread - it might be a good idea to notify that individual of that letter immediately after opening the app.

איזה כיף, גרסה חדשה עם בגים חדשים ואתגרים מעניינים. להזמין פגישה זה חתיכת קווסט שלא מבייש חלק מהמשחקים המסובכים ביותר.
למעלה מחצי שנה (עדכון: עכשיו כבר שנה) לא מתקנים בגים, כמו תשלום חשבונות (ארנונה). האפליקציה פשוט קורסת בלי להשלים את הפעולה ומקבלים התראה שכסף ירד וזה מסתבר כלא נכון מה שגורם לאחר בתשלומים. לדף הבית יש חיים משלו, לפעמים מראה את הסעיפים ולפעמים לא, חצי מסך הוא בכלל פרסומת שאי אפשר להסתיר. לגמרי מוכיח את הטענה שישראלים לא יודעים לעשות אתרים ואפליקציות (עדכון: וגם תמיכה) לשוק המקומי. עדכון: המגיבים של אפליקציה שולחים לדבר עם התמיכה שלא מבינה מהחיים שלה באפליקציות מובייל והדבר היחיד שהיא יכולה להגיד זה - תעשו ריסט לקש ו״זה בעיה בטלפון שלכם״.
