现在阿里巴巴把口碑都转移到高德地图了，抄美团都不会抄，导致口碑陨落

差评到极点，能给多低就多低，体验极差

系统问题，明明该5折，收了全额的钱。
打算退款，上面的理由选项还全是商家的问题，想选口碑自己本身问题的选项，一个都没有。
投诉三天后，和第一天客服一样的回应 “优惠刚好在下单的那一霎那没有库存了，抱歉造成不便”
一来，明明系统上就还有库存，旁边的顾客都又买成功；二来，这种烂回复，凭什么要三个工作日

我没有要你们免单这种无理要求，请让我买到我实际要买的商品、对应的价钱！

有优惠，但是套路深，有时还经常错的离谱！

虽然可以购买到一些优惠和促销 ，但是回到其它团购网站可以看到并不是那么的情况！
到今天2020年11月13日为止，还是团购内容错误信息不断，口碑团队的低级错误众多。 譬如上海 目前销售的春会馆的足浴和按摩套餐，显示门店21店可以用，但是一堆门店是关门，和电话过去并不能使用。
使用规则经常也是模棱两可，详情中显示可以360天内使用，结果下面再有一条30天内有效。 像这样的冲突规则，好多团购内都有！
 之前还有遇到过你们团队更改使用时间，有效期莫名被提前。投诉杭州12315才解决！
好几年了，口碑还成长成这样！ 真是汗颜！
