수천만원짜리 자동차 사는데 전화통화 아니고 계속 채팅으로 피드백줌. 7일환불제 빼고 상담사 연결부터 서류피드백까지 하나도 자연스럽게 넘어간게 없음. 엔카진단+ 차량 배송시켰는데 그 차엔 엔카진단++붙어있음. 뭐하나 신뢰가는게 내돈들여 7일 환불제 차량 받는게다임. 차라리 돈쓰고 7일환불제 시행한다음 카센타가서 점검받고 환불한다음 딜러랑 직거래 하는게 100번 1000번 나음. 참고들하세요.

믿고 거르는게 맞네

앱도 무슨 고객센터 연락처도 없어서 웹에서 찾아서 하고 문의도 ai 채팅이고 사람한테 문의를 할 수도 없고 결제도 카드도 안되고 결제과정에서 문의를 하려고 해도 주말이라 연락할수도 없는데 카톡으로 결제하라고 안내문자만 오고 계약을 진행하는 사람이면 주말에라도 사람이 연락을 줘야지 1:1매니저가 도와준다면서 그 매니저가 사람인줄 알았네 앱도 개판이고 지네 유리한쪽으로만 만들어놓고
