Nice app with good sounds
Just needs one thing; sliding pitches. Then it will be a realistic erhu simulator. Keep it up developers!
Pretty bad
Update: sadly the new 2.0 hasn't really improved anything about this app. Still impossible to play it in any way that sounds even remotely like a real one. Still no pentatonic scale (or any other scales or modes, for that matter…just chromatic). Same lousy imitation of a proper erhu. Don't waste your money.

I liked the zither app by the same developer, so I decided to try this. Unfortunately it's nowhere near as good. The interface is terrible, making the instrument basically impossible to play. You can't even choose a different scale, so if you were hoping to play oriental (pentatonic) music, you're going to be very disappointed.
Waste of three bucks. Steer clear of this one.

The Erhu is amazing, and the control method of using up and down area to select the two strings is much creative. If the speed of the bow movement should affects the volume, it will be much better. above all, this is a good app, well done, guys.
