充值钱也没有用因为永远叫不到车 充值的100元想退 但是客服一直没有回答一直挂机怎么找回来呀 这么骗人骗钱的app太差了 最少也只能给一星 不然一个都不给 Ate my money, can’t call any cars, customer service won’t answer or will just hang up. Can’t even get my money back. What the f kind of ripoff app and service is this. Worst car-hailing ever.

Crap service, no drivers will pick you up as the company don't pay the drivers, also the customers won't get them prepaid money back! the company is totally a crap.
So inconvenient
It is so out-of-this-world inconvenient. You book a trip, they do not even bother to send you a text message. Especially if you are booking for someone else. He/she will have no idea about the details, talking about driving you crazy.
This app should be taken down immediately ! !
It's basically a scam. No driver will pick up any order because this company is not paying their drivers. The company itself is going to be bankrupted AND it is still promoting prepaid deposit ! Any Prepaid deposit will be same as trash. It's a scam and Apple should take down this app.
烂软件，千万不要下载
真是我用过最烂的软件，永远叫不到车，卡里面余额还有四百就开始叫不到车了，祝这个公司早点倒闭，傻jb软件

绝对垃圾倒极点的一个软件。根本就不那叫到车。 千万不要下载和充值。只要你去充值 你卡内的余额临近你叫车的费用 他根本就不会给你推送司机。直到你取消服务。 千万不要使用这款软件。完全后台控制你的叫车行为。就让你玩命的充值。垃圾垃圾垃圾。真为丢人。垃圾公司出的老软件
差点被司机扔在高速路旁
司机服务差App又没筛选司机的功能（大概是因为司机不多吧）。居然倒霉到碰了一个之前绕道给过差评的司机。直接高速上恐吓要把我扔在路边。充在易到的钱应该是拿不出来了。只好认倒霉为了安全决定以后再也不用易到了。
