Can bind card
You can’t input an alphabetical name therefore you can’t bind cards to the app therefore it’s absolutely useless unless you’re Taiwanese.

爛透了的APP,不能用，店內也可以其他機制！
去全聯買東西，結果APP一直顯示無網路連結！！！ 但我手機明明顯示5G都有，還一直收到別人傳來的Line訊息！ 上網看其他東西也可以！
我給收銀員看手機APP會員QR code 一直出不來，她回我是我手機問題，要我刪除重新下載APP⋯⋯ 我問沒其他報會員方式？ 她說沒有，沒APP就是無法累積點數… 因為後門還有人在排隊結帳，才200多，不差那幾點，我直接跟她說算了，我不刷APP 直接付完錢走人！
發5分鐘後到家，再開一次APP，又突然可以用了….
這是什麼爛APP,重點是，沒有其他取代方案！！！！ 也不能報電話… 或補登記？ 除了爛，沒有其他的形容詞！一顆星都太多！

Buggy
Love the store but hate the app. Whenever I use the app, it causes my phone to overheat. This shouldn't happen in 2024. The app runs sluggishly too. Please have your developers actually use the app themselves.
Wasted QR code
Log in need your own phone number to collect member points. The QRcode of membership kept changing and unable to collect points just using membership number.
