Poor restaurant choice and regular problems with orders
Ten bis is so much inferior to Wolt, it’s ridiculous. Their restaurant selection especially on Fridays is extremely limited. And we’ve had several orders not delivered due to some problems that occurred after we’d placed them. The support team is responsive and issues refunds but what good does it do when you have hungry teenagers waiting for their meals?!

כל אלטרנטיבה עדיפה
אפליקציה שבנויה באופן גרוע, לא נגיש, מיושן. יש הרבה פעולות שאי אפשר לעשות בה והיא מפנה לאתר אינטרנט. שירות לקוחות הכי גרוע שנתקלתי בו בחיים. מחקו לי את המשתמש ואז אומרים לי שוב ושוב להתחבר אליו למרות שאין לי אפשרות. לא פותחים משתמש חדש ופשוט נעלם הכסף שאני מקבלת מהחברה בגללם.

הזמנתי באלפי שקלים
לאנשים שאוהבים לשלם פי 2 על האוכל שלהם ולקבל מנות קטנות שלא משביעות
לא להתקרב, פשוט שירות לקוחות נוראי
רק יודעים לקחת כסף ואתה צריך לשלם על טעויות שלהם, 5 שיחות עם שירות לקוחות ועדיין לא אכפת להם כלום, ממש חזירות!!!!!
Not very good overall
Despite the good selection of restaurants on the app they still manage to make it a bad app through poor user interface and horrible customer support and service.

אם הזמנת בטעות לכתובת לא נכון אי אפשר לעשות שינוי כתובת לאחר ההזמנה השירות לקוחות מבטלים את ההזמנה
ואם הביטול קורה אחרי שעת הסגירה של המסעדה
(שההזמנה היה לפני שעת הסגירה)
אחרי שהשירות לקוחות מבטלים אי אפשר להזמין שוב
זה אבסורד שחברה שהשירות לקוחות חשוב להם

Some features are missing
For a start, why a tracker is an extra feature for a restaurant to pay for in order to show it? Nonetheless, when ever it’s available it never shows the correct route or time until it arrives. Also, some other features, such as splitting the bill using two different cards, while integrated good enough to the website, is a pretty nightmare when it comes to the app itself.

Terrible and shocking
I ordered food after I saw that that same restaurant has a menu online with an option to order. All items were more expensive on the 10bis menu
