登入，想要加值，可是永遠看到金融卡維護中，無法加值
還不錯
只是預付卡每半年都要加值才能保留號碼，感覺很麻煩，希望可以改進，將時間延長到兩年以上，謝謝🙏

Lack of English
Sadly does not have a language setting that allows English. Unfortunate as it excludes many foreigners and tourists to Taiwan that need a local mobile carrier.

No additional languages… Taiwan to be bilingual by 2030 🤣🤣🤣🙄
app操作差
更新後又要重新登入，輸入門號密碼說沒有辦理過因此跳到取得密碼。輸入門號跟身分證後4碼等待檢驗碼的寄出，根本沒有收到任何檢驗碼？？？ 那這樣系統登入不了最後試了三次未果就被表示試了太多次麻煩請到官網操作？？？ 滿頭問號的表示驗證碼呢？真的很浪費時間。
