重点：这个评论我想给大麦app的产品经理——我不知道这个app是否有在维护app store的评论管理，我也是产品经理，维护过app store的评论，也在评论里收集到了很多的用户需求，经过功能改善后，app用户留存和用户体验都有大幅提升，作为一个用户也作为一个同行，我想反馈几个问题，一是抢票难，二是退票手续费贵、三是缺卡登记这个功能真的是摆设（我认为这个功能只是对票务运营的人员提供数据，对用户来说并没有实际上的帮助）。其实作为一个购票平台，除了营利外，更重要的是让想观影的人能买到票，我也去看过几场演唱会，购票时是秒没，但到现场发现其实还有好多空位，不排除有些是真的临时来不了，但最主要的是平台没有很好的去运营票务。同样是够票软件，我建议你可以去看一下12306的候补功能，如果平台能在有人退票后向候补排队用户发送消息询问是否购买，这样对当时没买到票的人来说是惊喜的，用户体验当然也就好了，而对在不同平台买多了票的人，在半小时内办理退票不收取手续费，然后票务回流给候补的用户，这对买多的用户来说没损失也能保持好心情去观影，对没买到票的用户来说也是意外之喜，何乐而不为，这样评分不就高了吗……其实我最近也是第一次遇到了多平台重复购票的问题（我看到遇到这类问题的人还不少），二开退票手续费30%真的着实有点多了，让本来高高兴兴抢到票的最后和客服沟通退票问题来了一肚子气，产品是盈利为主没错，但我也希望我们用户也能有愉快的消费体验，为什么不能双赢呢？同样，这个评论我也复制到猫眼平台，期待能得到平台的支持与功能更新！

最后：只给一星是想让维护评论的人看到，如果app采纳了我的建议，我会来重新评星！
