Just bought a ticket on the app then found out it was 30% more expensive than all my friends tickets price, same theatre same movie and same screening. All my friends bought on other apps and they were the same 30% cheaper price.

The theater confirmed no one from the platform contacted them before the movie, contrary to Tao Piaopiao’s lies. They stalled until the movie started just to deny my request.
Disgusting behavior. Do not trust or use this App.

6月28日我因暴雨无法前往观影，提前联系客服却被告知“无法退改”，之后又改口“可改签但不提前告知”。影城明确表示电影开场前并未接到平台联系，平台却谎称已联系并反复发送敷衍短信。客服拖延处理，故意拖到电影开场后拒绝退票，恶意欺骗消费者。
这种行为非常恶心！
