No English
I know that I probably represent a very narrow audience of this app, but I am an American living here temporarily who has national health insurance. My complaint about this app is that there is no English. This would not be very hard to add. I am a former mobile app developer; it’s quite trivial to add different languages. To the developers of this app, I offer my services to make this app multilingual. Just contact me and I can help.

登入會很卡
好幾次登入都要十秒，進去之後的每個動作也要等五秒，快要沒耐心了。今天想要登入時甚至登不進去。除此之外，可以直接繳納健保很方便，只是我今天心血來潮想花錢錢但是花不了有點啊雜。
現在可以綁定孩子的健保卡了
很方便，隨時可以跳查自己和孩子
虛擬健保卡
虛擬健保卡的申請過程不知哪裡出問題，自己的與小孩的照片都變成同一張，變更還要臨櫃，實在很麻煩
更新後連登入都沒辦法
年前更新變這樣，要查資料很不方便，請盡快修正
