New app design is absolutely stupid and has too much bugs.
New design looks overloaded and absolutely not understandable. I can not find how to use my bonuses and the button “Certificates” does not work. The previous design was much more better!
I like it, but…
I bought iPhone with IOS 18.4 and application ain’t work. On my old Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 it’s working without issues. I fall in love with you guys, so I believe what you’ll fix that issue.

Not comfortable navigation
Please roll back all the UI changes, it looks so unfriendly to user, navigation is uncomfortable. I don’t want even to use the app. It is one more example of unsuccessful redesign (as juice Tropicana).

Awful website and the app
I rarely comment on anything, especially if it's negative, but your app and website are just awful, I can't use them, so the only way for me is to go to the nearest movie theater and waste an hour or hours of my time on minutes of work I could’ve done on the app if it worked.

Після оновлення додаток став просто нестерпним. Не можу подивитись ні фільми, ні оформити знижку, ні ввести промо код, ні глянути розклад фільмів на інший день крім сьогодні 🤐🤢

У старому додатку можна було фільтрувати фільми за оригінальною мовою. У новому це неможливо. Зараз потрібно набагато більше часу і терпіння щоби знайти фільм для себе.

Прибрали Apple Pay та всі збережені майбутні премʼєри
Я не хочу вводити кожного разу свою картку в сторонньому вікні лікпей, дякую. Тим паче, воно не дає привʼязати картку в додаток, бо трид секьюріті не працює.
До речі, це вікно оплати виглядає дуже стрьомно. І при цьому всьому оплата через моно не проходить. На одинадцятий раз ваше вікно що сталася халепа починає прям харити.

Your payment form is a complete disaster
Fix this. This just makes your app unusable.
No ApplePay, when you tap on card number field screen just slides down and to paste it in you need to perform some sick dark magic with your screen. Expiration date screen are just some sort of bad joke. Just give me there a normal numberpad, come on!
After all those suffering, you can will just receive an “merchant error, please reload your page”, obviously without any way to retry this crap. And then, tickets you picked will be locked for next 15 minutes, because screw you.
