Good but no pinyin

I use this when I’m not sure the Chinese I’m saying is correct or when I need to translate. The only problem is they don’t give pinyin, which is annoying.

Lately can’t use

Lately all picture translations between Chinese and english are useless, all translations are nonsense. I don’t know what changed because before it was working perfectly, but like this the app is useless.

No way to end subscription

I’ve used this maybe three times. It doesn’t connect with Apple App Store, so it doesn’t show up on my subscriptions and it’s impossible to end the subscription through the app without calling customer service, which is problematic because I don’t speak Chinese. I feel like I’m being held hostage.

Can't share screenshot to translate from chinese to English

I just switch from android to ios. I am getting screenshot translation problem. When I share the screenshot to baidu translate, it just halted and not shared with baidu translate app. On androind it works fine. But on iphone it doesn't share the screenshot. My request is to solve the problem.
