Зря потраченные деньги

Показывает ограничения по скорости которых нет. Те которые есть не показывает. База взята с «потолка». Навигатор Яндекс в тысячу раз точнее и к тому же бесплатный.
P.S.
Не знаю как в Тамбове, но в Новокузнецке эта база не соответствует реальности.
