我真的非常失望。我付了款，我花时间耐心地逐一完成了下载，但是下载的内容竟然被莫名其妙地锁住了。这是我从来没有遇到过的。，竟然可以被莫名其妙地剥夺使用权！？但愿是你们的系统出现了故障。
尽管金额不大，但是消费者权益受到伤害令人难以容忍。
我的朋友都不敢接受我的推荐了。遗憾。
2025年12月9日:我刚换了苹果手机，就下载了“中国文学之美”，“蒋勋细说唐诗”和“蒋勋细说宋词”，然而，惊讶地发现这三个在三个月前都付费过的软件都打不开了。被剥夺了使用权。反馈也得不到回应。虽然不是什么大钱，但是深为你们的信誉感到遗憾😔……
