مليء بالمشاكل

١- التطبيق لايمكن الشراء منه وغير مستقر.. لما اعبي بيانات البطاقه واضغط دفع لايحصل شيء مجرد صفحه بيضاء!!
٢- التسجيل فيه مشاكل… سجلت من خلال المتصفح وبصعوبه أيضًا… ولما احاول التسجيل من التطبيق يعامل رقم الجوال وكأنه رقم جديد وحساب مختلف عن اللي دخلته في الويبسايت… يعني حتى لما طلبت من الويبسايت ما اقدر اشيك على طلبي من خلال التطبيق
٣- البحث قصه اخرى في الاثنين التطبيق والويبسايت
الزبده ان الشراء كان مزعجا واخذت وقت طويل حتى اتمكن من الطلب…
٤- متابعة الطلب مش واضحه… الموقع ارسل لي كود تتبع لما ادخله في الموقع لايخبرني بشيء فقط tracking done؟!!
