نظافة سيئة
قمت بطلب خدمة تنظيف سيارة جيب صالون مع تلميع خارجي. وبعد استلام السيارة، تبين بعد الاستلام أن الغمارة الداخلية مليئة بالبقع والأوساخ، مما يدل على إهمال واضح. وعند طلب إعادة التنظيف، رفض قسم خدمة العملاء الطلب رفضًا قاطعًا.
هذه الخدمة غير المرضية تسببت في إهدار وقتي ومالي، ولا أوصي بالتعامل مع شركتكم إطلاقًا، إذ توجد شركات أخرى أفضل بكثير.
I requested a cleaning service for my Jeep sedan, including exterior polishing. Upon receiving the vehicle, it became evident that the interior cabin was filled with stains and dirt, indicating clear negligence in the service provided. When I requested a re-cleaning of the interior, the customer service department categorically refused the request.
This unsatisfactory service resulted in a waste of my time and money. I strongly advise against dealing with your company under any circumstances, as there are many other companies that offer far superior services.
