软件方你好，在2026年4月22日之前的订单已经超出apple这边的最大处理权限，无法进行申请退款的操作，并且我在付款时没有进行二次确认，此次以及之前的扣费不符合国家对于订阅续费的法律法规的规定，请软件方针对这一问题做一个详细调查，并且希望你在3个工作日内与我联系。
