Отвратительное приложение!!! Постоянно выдает ОШИБКУ!

Проблема передать показания и оплатить квитанцию!Чеки об оплате не приходят вообще, ни на указанную почту ни на телефон!!! Из приложения тоже невозможно скачать чек или квитанцию !Как потом доказать и проверить оплату ?! Бардак !Можно уже за столько времени улучшить его?!
