Useless

I can’t even get an email code sent to log into this app. Basically I now have a voice recorder that is totally unusable. and the directions for the voice recorder it says use 8888 as a default code but that doesn’t seem to work either.

It works

I just got this recorder and was a little skeptical seeing the prices of some of the other recorders but thought I would try it out. I followed the instructions and just made a test recording and verified the transcription- it works. I don’t know what people are complaining about. I didn’t get an email code either, but the universal code in the instructions worked fine and I was able to get in, connect and make/save/transcribe as expected. Nice little device and the app works. Follow the instructions and you won’t have an issue.

It doesn’t allow even to log in.

App doesn’t work.

App forces you to log in even if you don’t have an account. Makes you enter your email address, then doesn’t send you an email. Absolutely pointless. I have to send the recorder back and get another one.
