يجيبون الطلب ناقص
طلبت ثلاث دجاجات وفي الأخير جت دجاج ناقصه وبدون أي خبر ودفعتها ويوم كلمتهم يقولون هذي سياستنا إذا خلص الدجاج ما نقولك ونجيب لك الموجود. طيب وين راحت فلوسي المفروض ترجع تلقائي، يقولك لا لازم ترفع فيها طلب .
The customer service is bad
The quality of the food are amazing but the customer service are really bad specially the person handling the WhatsApp.
Some of the issues that I always facing:
1. Almost in every order I have missing items
2.Some time they don not return your money from the missing items
3.The application need to be developed
4.The person handling the WhatsApp need to be fired.
5. The price for meet is too expensive
