Frustrating and Unhelpful Experience!
This app is incredibly difficult to figure out — the interface isn’t intuitive at all. I followed the manual step by step, but the binding code it provides doesn’t even work — it just says the code doesn’t exist.
I reached out to customer service for help on July 20, 2025, and still haven’t gotten a response. A week with no reply is unacceptable for any app, especially one connected to personal tech like this.
Also, there’s no link or information about where to buy compatible devices. With so many sex toy control apps out there now, many of us are looking for one app to control everything, but this one makes that impossible.
Very disappointed. Definitely not user-friendly, and without proper support or transparency, I can’t recommend it.
