Unable to Log In After Purchasing Lifetime Membership
I purchased the lifetime membership last December, and my kids really enjoyed the large collection of books in the app.
At some point, my account was logged out, possibly due to inactivity. I haven’t been able to log back in. I’m using a U.S. phone number, but I never receive the verification code, so I can’t access the account.
I hope the developer can help resolve this issue. I would love to continue using the app we paid for.
