They don’t answer support

I have been waiting over a week to perceive my deposit bonus and I still haven’t. I’ve reached out to support on email and through the app and they say they’ll get back to me, but they just clearly don’t. This company does not reasonably care to even answer me after I’ve reached out many times. I can attach the email to this review as well and I hope to get some type of support.
