Lack of customer support and then denied my refund for something that was so clearly an in app malfunction and they even stated it themselves. insane, didn’t realize that the situation that happened to me happened to someone else word for word. I now have some legal ground and there will be action taken.

They advertise that you can get $20 on them when u open an account if use use FREE20 for the code but upon doing that I never recieved $20 and upon contacting customer service I was told there is no $20 welcome offer on my account and that I can not recieve it so this app is all LIES!!!! Very UNPROFESSIONAL I would of put 0 stars if it didn’t make me out 1 just so I could upload this comment

Horrible support team
Placing trades in real time on this app is fine. But out of no where it started asking me to verify my identity even though I already had done that. And when I’d do it it wouldn’t work. I contacted support and I got one reply saying a specialist would review my case. Then it’s been 10 days since with no reply from support or any help whatsoever. I can’t withdraw the money in my account because of this too.

My account is hacked and my all funds are gone. I have been trying to contact polymarket but no answer.. update; 1 month passed by and polymarket team don’t have any update. Stay away from this platform
Very poor programming
Their advertisements on other apps produce audio when the device setting is on silent mode. Whether intentional or not this is a display of incompetence and lack of concern to the devices settings.
Terrible customer service
Had an issue trying to claim my $50 bonus after depositing $20 and for some reason I didn’t get it. When I spoke with customer service, they said the offer didn’t exist on my account (even though the offer is still active and just created my account that same day). They also said they’ll connect me to a specialist and create a ticket. So far it’s been a week and yet no response from either the customer service or this so called “specialist”. I sent them a message multiple times but never got a reply back.

If you’re in the middle of a game the app will freeze and not let you cash out which cause you to lose money and then the customer support doesn’t help
