اذا كانت الجهة المصدرة لهذا التطبيق غير كفؤة وغير قادرة على انشاء تطبيق بسيط يسهل العملية الدراسية للطلاب
فأنصح بالتنحي عن مناصبهم وعدم ربط مستقبل الطلاب بنظام أو مسار هم غير مؤهلين حتى لتطبيقه و جعل الطلاب نماذج اختبار لمثل هكذا انظمة اثبتت فشلها في عدد كبير من الدول
