Bug are not?: B3PRO shuts down in Smart AI mode (V212)
Subject: Technical Inquiry / Bug Report: PIVA B3PRO cyclical shutdowns (0W, 0 RPM) in Smart AI mode (Firmware V212)Message:Hello! I am writing to report a specific behavior of the PIVA B3PRO cooler on firmware version V212.Technical specifications of my setup:Device: iPhone 17 Pro Max (operated without a case).Battery state: Fully charged up to the 90% charge limit set in iOS settings (no active high-current charging profile from the phone side).Power source: Separate TFN 33W GaN wall charger.Protocol: Connected via original stock cable under active PPS (Programmable Power Supply) protocol.Device condition: The smartphone is completely cool/idle when the issue occurs. The Problem:When the "Smart Temperature Control" mode is activated under these conditions, the cooler periodically drops to absolute zero (0W, 0 RPM, and the power protocol line resets to --). After a few seconds of being completely OFF, it boots back up. However, in manual "Performance Mode" (Режим производительности), the cooler operates at a stable 9W / 2786 RPM and never disconnects.Question for the engineering team:Is this complete cyclical shutdown a pre-programmed software feature designed to prevent overcooling, ice formation, and dew point condensation on a cold glass back panel? Or is it a software logic bug in firmware V212 where the MCU incorrectly drops the PPS connection instead of smoothly scaling down the voltage? If it is an intentional anti-condensation design, please clarify. If it is a bug, please consider optimizing this logic in the next OTA firmware update. Thank you!
